Al Khafji businessmen meet German economic officials, negotiations for strengthen investment cooperation
German industry and Trade Commissioner Mr. Andreas Hergnrotr called Saudi businessmen to take advantage of the investment climate in the Federal Republic of Germany and the investment opportunities available through participation in a number of events and trade fairs during the remaining few months of the year 2013. This came in the light of the visit of Mr. Andreas to the Chamber branch in Al Khafji, twelve o'clock noon of Wednesday 4 September 2013 during which he met a number of members of the Business Council of the Eastern Chamber in AlKhafji and businessmen led by Chairman of the Board of Business Suleiman bin Mohammed Al-balawi and members of the Business Council of the Eastern Province Chamber branch , these activities are a continuation of the East Chamber program of the Commissioners visits commercial and industrial and commercial supplements for branches, Mr. Andreas talked about the investment climate in Germany, and the Government support for entrepreneurs who want to invest there, stressing that there are promising investment opportunities for Saudi businessmen in Germany.
In this regard, Andreas has presented a detailed presentation of planned economic activities during the remaining months of the year, and gave an explanation on the field and specialization of each one of these fairs, distributing some catalogues for exhibitions and events. Urging Saudi businessmen to attend such events and exhibitions, showing willingness to support and facilitate the attendance at these events. The Chamber has also prepared a report on the contributions and activities of the Chamber for the meeting given to attendees. The meeting saw an extensive dialogue on economic relations between the Kingdom and the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Andreas responded to the crowd questions and enquiries.
